What are your goals for 2014? How about defining them in 3 words? You may know the 3 word concept from ABC's Good Morning America segment, Your Three Words. A lot can be said in 3 words.

Goals are important because we naturally move towards the goals we articulate. But often the goals are too wordy or not very memorable. Imagine having your entire organization able to articulate the business goals easily.

That's the beauty of 3 word goals.

You can pick 3 words that define 3 actions you want to accomplish (Inspire. Ignite. Unlock.) Or you can state a single goal in a 3 word sentence (Make Customers Smile).

If you can say it in 3 words, you will make a step change towards conveying concepts, improving retention of your goals, and accomplishing your resolution.

This year resolve to focus with goals, create better alignment, inspire with visuals, or develop new connections.

Achieve your future - in 3 words!
